Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you via email.

UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times vary by country and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

SKOSH Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available. Some shipping services may not include tracking.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

SKOSH Apparel cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item.
